Looking for their forever home in Hamilton, Nyssa and Leif Johannsen engaged the help of Gallie Miles’ Legal Executive Pam Ingram to finalise their property purchase.
After relocating from Australia in 2020, Nyssa and Leif Johannsen first lived in Auckland before deciding to move to Hamilton last year.
Parents to two school-aged boys, the couple started looking for their forever home in Hamilton.
Leif works as an Accountant and Nyssa is an Insurance Manager, so they were looking for something in the city, with space for their family to enjoy in their downtime.
“We were looking for our first home in New Zealand,” says Nyssa.
“After looking for a few months, we found one we liked, so needed to get some legal advice to proceed.”
Asking around, Nyssa’s work friend recommended Pam Ingram, who is a Registered Legal Executive working out of Gallie Miles’ Hamilton office on Rifle Range Road.
“Pam came highly recommended….her communication was amazing – she replied to emails straight away and made it really easy and clear what our next steps were,” says Nyssa.
“When I called, she always made herself available to talk and support me. She supported us through some stressful days.”
Now happily settled in their new family home, Nyssa says it feels “amazing.”
“We’re so happy in our new home and are very thankful for Pam’s support,” she says.
“We will definitely be using Pam again and are recommending her to others – she’s so easy to deal with.”
