Team Member Focus: Linda Miles

Linda Miles is a founding partner of Gallie Miles and has been practising law in Te Awamutu
for over 30 years. Linda has a thriving property practice with expertise in residential, rural
and commercial property transactions extending to business and commercial advice.

Linda is also experienced in trusts, asset protection and estate planning. She also provides advice to separating couples, or to people in a relationship who wish to make provision for their separate assets.

We asked Linda a few not-so-usual questions:

What’s the strangest talent you have?

I can make “rabbit” faces.

If you could have one superpower, which would you choose?

Time travel.

What was your favourite TV show/movie growing up?

Star Trek

What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time?

I do crosswords and read historical novels.

When did you accept a dare that you later regretted?

When I went parasailing.

What are three things left on your bucket list?

Scotland, Italy and India.

How old is the oldest pair of shoes in your closet?

At least 20 years old.

What was your childhood nickname?

Bee
